The dashboard helps them to understand their financial, sales, marketing, supply chain, and executive performance. It also shows them how accurate their predictions are and where

Project Details

AtliQ Hardware, a computer hardware company in India, needed a dashboard to assess their business performance and make data-driven decisions.

My role was to develop an interactive dashboard that provided insights into their financial, sales, marketing, and supply chain operations.

I integrated data from Excel/CSV files and a MySQL database into Power BI using Power Query and DAX. I built a data model and developed interactive visuals, including filters, slicers, and drill-downs. I also optimized the dashboard using DAX Studio for faster performance.

The dashboard provided key business insights, enabling AtliQ Hardware to identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement, ultimately leading to better strategic decisions.

Marriott Bonvoy needed insights to improve booking trends, guest preferences, and overall hotel performance.

I was tasked with developing an interactive dashboard that could analyze key metrics like booking platforms, cancellations, and guest preferences.

Using Power BI, I created the "Revive Insights 360" tool, integrating booking, cancellation, and guest data. The dashboard featured top booking platforms, cancellation patterns, and room allocation optimization, with drill-down options for hotel-specific performance.

The tool empowered Marriott to make data-driven decisions, leading to increased bookings, improved revenue, and enhanced guest satisfaction.

Atliq Mart, with over 50 supermarkets, needed insights to analyze the impact of their festive promotions during Diwali and Sankranti.

I created a "sales summary" view and built interactive Power BI dashboards to visualize trends, assess product performance, and measure promotion impact. This allowed for real-time analysis of sales and customer engagement.

Sales increased by 107.64% during Diwali and 113.58% during Sankranti. The analysis provided strategic insights into top-performing products, driving future data-driven marketing decisions.
